On occasion, people write to ask if they can observe my classes. I am protective of my class space, particularly as many of the kids I teach have attention problems and would find it much more interesting to look at visitors than at me or whatever we are doing. You are welcome to write and explain what you hope to accomplish by visiting; if it is a request I can accommodate, I will be glad to welcome you into my class. Generally, though, I have plenty to worry about already without having to worry about guests in my classroom.
